“In doing so, I get to meet many clients from various industries not just in the country but overseas as well,” she muses. She says the best part of the work is “the continuous learning. I learn new research techniques and new research methodologies as this discipline evolves in different countries. However, what works offshore does not necessarily work here.”
All these contributed to her success in forging more partnerships with multinational agencies and domestic and foreign corporations. She has strengthened I-View’s long-term partnership with one of the country’s largest Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCGs) drawing up continuing advertising tracking studies and retail studies which effectively aid client in their marketing programs.
As a young professional, Ms Punzalan is proof of great opportunity in I-View. She rose from the ranks and climbed the corporate ladder of I-View. Straight from college, she started out as Project Coordinator for the company’s Sensory Department where she directed internal traffic, wrote reports and acted as team leader in the field when needed. She then moved to Accounts Services where she was put in-charge of Client-Agency communications; spearheading both qualitative and quantitative studies of Asia Pacific-based research agencies and domestic corporations while concurrently beginning to assist in the Business Development Department of the agency before becoming its head in 2013.
As a rising star, Ms Punzalan has demonstrated an earnest dedication to her work uncommon among her peers. Her loyalty and motivation, willingness to extend a hand to everyone and cheerful disposition all contribute to the successes of the company and her co-employees in all the years that she has been with I-View.
Ms Punzalan holds a degree in Mass Communication (Major in Broadcasting) with 18 units of Education and graduated from Centro Escolar University in 2008. She is also a LET (Licensure Examination for Teachers) passer.
